Zucchini Boats

Ingredients:

3 Zucchinis

Salt

Pepper

Tomato Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

How To:

1. Cut zucchinis in half (the long way) and scoop out all the insides.

2. Season with salt and pepper and cover with tomato sauce.

3. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 Degrees.

4. Add mozzarella and place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
