Ingredients:
1 Pink Lady Pork Tenderloin
1 cup Ingrid's Herb Salad Dressing
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup Tzatziki
1 Bell Pepper (Red or Yellow)
2 cups Romaine Heart Lettuce
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Red Onion
5 Greek Pitas
How To:
Slice your pork tenderloin thinly against the grain and marinade in Ingrid's Herb Salad Dressing for 2-6 hours in the fridge.
Preheat your oven to 375F
Spread your pork tenderloin on a lined baking sheet so that it is not overlapping.
Sprinkle with oregano (plus more herb dressing if desired) and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
Dice bell pepper, cucumber and red onion and cut lettuce into thin strips.
Serve pitas and toppings all together for a "build your own pita" spread!
