Shrimp & Wild Rice

1 Pint of Grape Tomatoes

2 Tbsp Oil

1 Clove Garlic

1 Pkg Sunripe Wild Rice

10-12 Cooked Jumbo Shrimp (thawed)

Salt & Pepper

How To:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil.

2. Slice tomatoes in half and add to pan. Let cook until they begin to blister (approx. 2min.)

3. Add minced garlic to pan. Let cook for a minute.

4. Add wild rice and shrimp to pan, add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Cover pan and serve when heated through.
