Parmesan Broccoli Stems

Ingredients:

Broccoli Stems (any left over from another recipe?)

Olive Oil

Parmesan

Salt

Pepper


How To:

1. Peel broccoli stems and slice 'em into coins.

2. Lay 'em out on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over em'.

3. Sprinkle parmesan, salt, pepper and a little love on each one.

4. Bake 450 at Degrees for 10 (Mia) Minutes.

5. Flip 'em, drizzle olive oil, parm, salt and pepper one more time and bake for 10 more (Mia) Minutes.
