Lemon Ginger Chicken


1 Chicken Breast

1 Lemon

1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Minced Ginger



How To:

1. Place chicken breast in a plastic bag or reusable container.

2. Slice lemon and place it with the chicken breast.

3. Add red pepper flakes, olive oil, minced ginger, salt and pepper.

4. Seal bag or container and mix ingredients.

5. Let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours before cooking.
