Gluten Free Pumpkin Granola


3 cups of nuts of your choice

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup pepitas

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup syrup

1/4 cup pumpkin purée

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp pumpkin spice

How to:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3. Pour mixture onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
