Baked Avocado Egg


1 Large Avocado

2 Eggs

Red Pepper Flakes

Salt & Pepper

How To:

1. Cut avocado in half and remove the seed. 2. Carve out some of the avocado halves to allow enough room for an egg. 3. Crack an egg into each avocado. 4. Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. 5. Preheat the oven to 350 and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Enjoy!
