1. Pour pumpkin seeds into a pot, cover in salted water and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Strain and dry seeds with a clean dish towel.
3. Lay 'em out on a lined baking sheet and drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper over them!
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 Degrees and get snackin'.
