2 1/2lb Boneless Beef Roast

2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

1 Cup Beef Broth

1/2 Cup Red Wine

4 Sweet Onions

2 Cups Mushrooms

3 Celery Sticks

4 Cloves Garlic

1 tsp Dried Rosemary

3 Fresh Thyme Sprigs

2 Bay Leaves

Red Pepper Flakes

Salt & Pepper

How To:

1. Cut beef roast into 1' cubes and season generously with salt and pepper before placing in the bottom of your slow cooker. 2. In a small bowl, whisk
