Beef Stew


2 1/2lb Boneless Beef Roast

2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

1 Cup Beef Broth

1/2 Cup Red Wine

4 Sweet Onions

2 Cups Mushrooms

3 Celery Sticks

4 Cloves Garlic

1 tsp Dried Rosemary

3 Fresh Thyme Sprigs

2 Bay Leaves

Red Pepper Flakes

Salt & Pepper

How To:

1. Cut beef roast into 1' cubes and season generously with salt and pepper before placing in the bottom of your slow cooker. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp of tomato paste, 1 cup of beef broth, and 1/2 cup of red wine. 3. Peel and dice sweet onions, slice mushrooms, dice celery sticks, mince garlic cloves.

4. Add broth, onions, mushrooms, celery sticks, garlic, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, and a hearty pinch of red pepper flakes to the slow cooker. Stir well. 5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or 2-3 hours on high. Enjoy!
