4 Ingredient Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Large Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Palm, Coconut or Brown Sugar

1 Cup Almond Butter

How To:
 
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl, whip the egg. Then add vanilla, palm/coconut sugar, and almond butter. Beat until smooth.
 
3. Take the batter and form small 1/2 inch balls, place on a stone or a baking sheet with parchment paper, press down each ball with a fork in two different directions.
 
Optional: add a whole almond on top of each cookie.
 
4. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
