Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Ripe Mashed Banana
1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp White Flour (or Gluten-Free Oat Flour)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips or Blueberries
How To:
1. In a microwaveable mug, add mashed banana, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract
2. Mix with a fork until smooth.
3. Next, add in flour, baking powder, pinch of cinnamon, mix again
4. Mix in chocolate chips or blueberries.
5. Pop in the microwave for 45-55 seconds (based on 1200 watt microwave). Enjoy!
